The following terms apply to all sales by DC Ace Electronics, Inc.:
- All warranties are VOID if the item has been modified in ANY way.
- Returns for any reason must be in NEW/UNUSED CONDITION, with all wrappings and warranty cards intact.
- No refunds beyond 30 days from the date of sale.
- All returns must include proof of purchase from DC Ace Electronics.
- Returns, for other than defects, are subject to a 20% restock fee.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- ALL returns must be via the USPS, UPS won't deliver to a Post Office Box.
